Last Sunday was my first wedding of 2008!

Zach and Hannah got married on Sunday afternoon at Monterra at Westworld. … the original plan was to have the ceremony outside, with the reception indoors, but rain all Saturday changed that. It ended up being a gorgeous day anyway, and a rain is always good luck for a bride, right?

My husband Andrew assisted me, and we started out the day meeting the girls at ‘My Salon‘ where they were doing hair and make-up. …

Hannah has the best laugh. … she was just so happy and radiant from the moment I saw her. …

Once we got over to Monterra, I got some detail shots while the dresses were brought in …

The girls did their portraits first …. since Hannah and Zach chose not to see each other before the ceremony, and since Monterra has windows everywhere ….

we made the boys hang out in the bathroom until the girls were done with their portraits. .. … I hope Zach didn’t mind too much … but look how pretty …

After the guys were done with their portraits, Mark (their minister) came and led them in prayer. … it was just such a lovely intimate moment. … and very indicative of the feel of the whole day. …

These last few kind of speak for themselves … I just love the ring-bearer trying to escape. … I wish I could have captured his zig-zagging, not being able to figure out where to go … hilarious!

Thanks Zach and Hannah for trusting me with your special day …. you guys are so awesome … I hope you’re enjoying warmer weather in Cancun!
